It's a great workout, there's lots of variety and help to make sure you are working at your level and it pushes you. There are also workout sheets to help track results.

I bought this pedometer about 18 months ago. I've been using it regularly and have had no problems. Battery life is about 6 months or so and the batteries are easy to get. The nicest feature (to me) is that it doesn't make noise -- the mechanical pedometers click with each step, this is completely silent. It is pretty accurate -- if you wear your pants lower than the natural waist, it might miss a few steps -- also if you walk very smoothly, it will miss steps. Yes, it does work when I stick in in a pocket in my purse.

I have to say that I am skeptic when it comes to exercise equipment. This product has surpassed my expectations. I bought it on sale for $30 at Big 5 Sporting Goods as it was cheaper than . Putting it together took less than 6 minutes. I used a monkey wrench instead of the wrench that came in the box. It fitted perfectly on my walk in closet door. I put in some extra packing foam on the edges of the bar to prevent any door markings. I like the variety of exercises that can be done on this pull up bar. I'm 203 pounds and the bar feels sturdy enough for me. My goal is to gain more strength and loose weight. My goal is to be at 180 pounds. Of course I'm also doing 30 minutes of cardio each day on my elliptical machine. I'm also following the recommended diet that came in the Iron Gym instructions. I've owned this bottle for a couple months now and I have no complaints. Well, strike that, I have one complaint: the cap has been known to leak unless you close it with a very precise amount of torque - which you will learn in time.

I've heard that some people have had problems with mold growing inside the bite valve but I haven't experienced that, and to be honest, I haven't cleaned it since the day I started using it. I purchased an extra bite valve (which also came with 3 extra straws), just in case, but I don't think I'll need it for a very long time.

Otherwise, the water flows well, it's fairly durable (I've dropped it dozens of times) and attractive, and the water tastes only of water, not plastic.

I'm happy with my purchase.

Purchased this item for my husband, as the bands he was using kept on breaking. He uses it every day and likes it much better than the band.

You can get stainless steel water bottles for far less, but I like the KKs. They are seamless on the outside and have a simple, attractive finish. I use mine at work where we have filtered water on the ground floor which tastes a lot better than water from the drinking fountains. That's not the most demanding environment, but it seems well made and the steel is slightly thicker than some of the less expensive bottles I've seen at Target, etc. I got the 27 ounce basic bottle with the loop top. I would probably opt for the 40 ounce if I were to buy another since it's only a little larger and weight is not a concern for my purpose.

Watch the info-mertial on TV or go to the web site and watch the short ad. If you want to get in great shape and have no medical problems, then buy this. Lost 8lbs in 4 weeks. It feels like more but that's the inches. They suggest measuring but I didn't bother. It is as hard as they say. But I feel great.

Easy to use, and great motivator to walk more and even eat better. Everytime I look at how many steps I've taken, I'm reminded of my fitness goals. I haven't uploaded the info into the computer yet, but am looking forward to that feature.

I really like these, I have 3 pair. 2 are the older analog tuning style which are at best OK, and 1 that has the digital tuning. Now with the MP3 input too I am sure they rock.
